original birth certificate

• You are required to submit
a photocopy of the same.

Four passport sized
photographs
3.
Progress report of the
previous school (if any).
4.
A printout of the form
submitted online.

A4 sized sheet and fill in
all details by hand in block
letters (all areas are
mandatory).
2.
Please bring the form to the
concerned branch where you
wish your child to be
registered, as per the
Registration Schedule
3.
Submit the form along with a
registration fee of Rs.
500/- (please collect the
receipt).
4.
Receive a slip for test
date/time
5.
If an interview is required
you will be informed
subsequently.

Foundation Public School- HYD Foundation Public School Hyderabad Boys Badminton Team has won the Inter
Collegiate Championship for the year 2012 organized by Board of
Intermediate & Secondary Education Hyderabad! 64 colleges of Hyderabad
Region participated in the championship!
Foundation Public School- HYD Foundation Public School Hyderabad has secured 100% Result in BISE
Hyderabad, HSC part II result, declared on September 3rd,2012.
Out of 93 students, 54 have secured A+ and 20 students have achieved A
grade.
